At the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase there were a lot of new VR games to see. Here you can find all the news and trailers at a glance.

Meta showed 25 VR games in the pre-show and main show, including 10 new announcements.

All titles are listed below in alphabetical order, with new announcements marked as such.

Please note that many of these VR games may also be released on other VR platforms.

Main Show

Asgard’s Wrath 2 (New Announcement)

The biggest announcement of the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase is the sequel to the successful PC VR role-playing game from 2018.

Asgard’s Wrath 2 will be released for Meta Quest 2 & 3 at the end of 2023 and will cost $59.99.

Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR

It’s been almost three years since Meta and Ubisoft announced an Assassin’s Creed for VR.

The wait will soon be over as Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR will be released later this year. More information will be available on June 12 at Ubisoft Forward.

Arizona Sunshine 2

Vertigo Games has already announced the sequel to the VR classic and cult zombie game for Playstation VR 2, with a co-op mode for up to four players confirmed so far.

Arizona Sunshine 2 will be released later this year. The trailer shows pre-rendered CGI graphics, no gameplay.

Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable

Attack on Titan is a hit manga series. An anime adaptation will now be followed by a VR game. It will have a single player and co-op mode.

Attack on Titan VR: Unbreakable will be released in the winter of 2023, and you can already add it to your wishlist in the Meta Quest Store.

Bulletstorm VR (New Announcement)

The VR Studio Incuvo (Green Hell VR), which specializes in VR ports, is bringing the 2011 first-person shooter to virtual reality.

Bulletstorm will be released later this year. You can already add the VR game to your wishlist in the Meta Quest Store.

Dungeons of Eternity (New Announcement)

Fight your way through randomly generated dungeons alone or with up to two friends in this dungeon crawler. You must solve puzzles, avoid traps, defeat monsters and collect treasures. Battles are physics-based and will challenge you physically. Upgrade your character with collected gold and venture deeper and deeper into the dungeons.

Dungeons of Eternity will be released later this year. You can already add it to your wishlist in the Meta Quest Store.

Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord

A new story trailer has been released for the previously announced Ghostbusters game, featuring several Easter Eggs and showing off the new Ghostbusters headquarters in San Francisco.

In this VR game, you can go ghost hunting alone or with up to three friends. Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord will be released in the fall of 2023, and you can already add it to your wishlist in the Meta Quest Store.

I Expect You To Die 3: Cog in the Machine

The third installment of the series was announced earlier this year. It features all-new missions and gadgets, action-packed locations, and battles against robots. Check out the new gameplay trailer below.

I Expect You To Die 3: Cog in the Machine will be released this summer. You can already wishlist it in the Meta Quest Store.

NFL PRO ERA

The football simulation was released last fall.

At the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, a major update was presented that improves the multiplayer mode, and adds new game modes and features.

Racket Club

The new VR game from Resolution Games (Demeo, Blaston) was announced in late 2022. A first gameplay trailer was shown at the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase.

Racket Club is inspired by sports like racquetball, squash, and tennis and will feature the following modes at launch: 1v1, 2v2, and a single player career mode.

The 7th Guest (New Announcement)

Who remembers the adventure title of the same name from the early 90s? Vertigo Games (Arizona Sunshine, After The Fall) has revived it for virtual reality.

The studio modeled the haunted mansion in 3D and used volumetric footage of actors to bring the video-based storytelling of the original into the present. The trailer promises a unique VR experience.

The 7th Guest will be released later this year. You can already add it to your wishlist in the Meta Quest Store.

Samba de Amigo (New Announcement)

Sega’s iconic 1999 rhythm game is about to be reborn in virtual reality. For the first time, motion controls will allow you to swing the maracas in your own hands.

Samba de Amigo will be released in the fall of 2023.

Silent Slayer: Vault of the Vampire (New Announcement)

Last year, Schell Games (I Expect You To Die, Until You Fall) announced that the studio had three new titles in development. Silent Slayer is one of these new VR games.

The studio is exploring two new genres in this single-player title: the stealth and the horror genre. You become a vampire hunter who must track down the bloodsuckers in their coffins and kill them before they become too powerful.

Schell Games has not (yet) announced when Silent Slayer will be released.

Stranger Things VR

The exceptional studio Tender Claws (Virtual Virtual Reality, The Under Presents) is developing a VR adaptation of the cult series for Netflix, in which you take on the role of Vecna, the embodiment of evil. A new trailer shows what fans can expect from the VR adventure.

Stranger Things VR will be released in the fall of 2023, and you can already add it to your wishlist in the Meta Quest Store. The price will be $29.99.

Underdogs (New Announcement)

Underdogs is the new VR title from the studio behind Racket: NX.

In this physics-based mech brawler and roguelike, you’ll battle a variety of opponents in an arena. You can gradually upgrade your mech with more than 100 upgrades like chainsaws and wrecking balls, and hire hackers and saboteurs to help you climb the arena food chain.

Underdogs will be released in early 2024, but you can already add it to your wish list in the Meta Quest Store.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Justice (New Announcement)

After the horror adventure Wraith: The Oblivion – Afterlife, VR studio Fast Travel Games is releasing another game set in the World of Darkness universe.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Justice is a role-playing adventure in which you explore Venice as a vampire and prey on humans and other vampires under the cover of night.

The VR game will be released in the fall of 2023, and you can now add it to your wishlist in the Meta Quest Store now. The price will be $29.99.

Pre-Show

Death Game Hotel (New Announcement)

Enter this secret hotel and play for your life in a story campaign against a cast of outlandish NPC characters. You can also play games like Goblet of the Reaper and Death Poker with up to five other players from around the world.

There is no word on when Death Game Hotel will be released. But you can add it to your wishlist now in the Meta Quest Store.

Demeo Battles

Demeo Battles is the PVP version of the successful tabletop role-playing game and will be released as a standalone title. Resolution Games presented a new gameplay trailer during the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase.

Demeo Battles will be released later this year. You can already add the VR game to your wishlist in the Meta Quest Store right now. The price of the game will be $19.99.

Ghost Signal: A Stellaris Game

Ghost Signal: A Stellaris Game was released in March for Meta Quest 2, and we loved it.

At the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, the developers announced the free Fleet Expansion Update, which includes new ships and attacks, an autosave feature, save slots, and a relaxed mode.

Ghost Signal: A Stellaris Game can be found in the Meta Quest Store. . It costs $19.99.

Little Cities

It’s been a year since the successful city-building simulation for Meta Quest was released. Since then, there have been several updates that have added hand tracking, attractions, and a visible population, as well as a DLC.

At the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, the free Sandbox update was announced, which allows you to create your own islands for the first time.

The update will be released in June 2023. You can find Little Cities in the Meta Quest Store for the price of $19.99.

No More Rainbows

This platformer lets you run, jump, and climb through 28 levels using motion controls to unleash your evil side. Your mission: bring darkness, destruction, and death to a happy rainbow world.

The VR game leaves the beta phase today and moves from the App Lab to the Meta Quest Store. The price is $19.99.

Onward

Update 1.11 has been released for Meta’s tactical shooter. It brings two new weapons, improves the graphics and animations, and revamps the shooting ranges. The update will be released this summer.

Powerwash Simulator VR (New Announcement)

The 2D version of the simulation was a big hit on Steam, and now a VR port of Meta Quest 2 is coming.

In this game, you’ll use a power washer to clean up public spaces and unlock new accessories that, yes, you guessed right, will make you even more efficient at cleaning.

Powerwash Simulator will be released later this year.

Walkabout Mini Golf

After 20,000 Leagues Under the Earth, Mighty Coconut today teased the second of three Jules Verne courses: It’s based on Journey to the Center of the Earth and features giant dinosaurs and a new flashlight gameplay mechanic. The paid DLC will be released on June 8, 2023.

The studio also unveiled a new series of courses called “Evil Lairs” and the Pocket Edition of the game for iOS, which supports cross-play with Meta Quest and will be released this summer.

Walkabout Mini Golf can be found in the Meta Quest Store. It costs $14.99.

We Are One

In this VR game, you clone yourself to take on an army of enemies. For Josef and Ben, We Are One was the VR highlight of Gamescom 2022.

We Are One is now available in the Meta Quest Store. The price is $19.99.
